Join our weekday yoga batches running from Monday to Friday, offering flexibility with options for 3 or 5 days a week, both online and in-person at our Bengaluru center. Whether you seek a mid-week recharge or a full-week immersion, we cater to your wellness needs seamlessly.

For the busy working professionals seeking weekend wellness, our yoga batches run on Saturdays and Sundays. Offered in-person at our Bengaluru center, these sessions are tailored to accommodate your hectic schedules. With affordable pricing, embark on a rejuvenating weekend journey that harmonizes mind and body, ensuring a balanced start to your work week ahead.

Guiding philosophy

The Yoga Journey draws its philosophy from sage Patañjali’s second sutra, Yogas citta vrtti nirodhah.” Which means that the restraint of the modification of the mind stuff is Yoga. While yogic exercises are powerful and can help conquer physical ailments, the true benefits of yog can only be achieved through control of mind. Thus, our tailor-made courses include not only practice of yogic poses, but also pranayam (breath control), and meditation.

I am Shivani Jamwal, an internationally registered yoga instructor and I am happy to help you achieve your health and mindfulness goals.
