  For the past 22 years, I have suffered from unique health issues that severely impacted my life. I had a great fear of closing my eyes in new places, including during prayer, especially during the day. Despite numerous diagnostic attempts in both the United States and India, my long-standing problems with imbalance while standing or walking, and vertigo due to sudden neck movements, persisted. However, since starting yoga classes under Shivani Madam's guidance and instructions six weeks ago, I have developed a tolerance to these issues.  I now find it easier to focus on my tasks and sleep better. While it's challenging to adequately express my gratitude to such a gifted yogi, I feel a deep sense of bliss and profound appreciation for her role in enabling me to reclaim and regain a normal life.   Shivani is an excellent and very knowledgeable yoga instructor.Full of positive vibe.She is very patient and clam.Explained very detail of yoga pose,its benefits and variations of different poses depending upon persons' physical capabilities. Realised that ours being limited batch gave you enough time to stay focused with our individual needs.

Your approach with extra attention in strengthening and working on our weaknesses is much appreciated.

I realised that I got rid of my backache in very short time after joining your class.
